Workout at home: Some of the World’s Best Fitness Studios are offering Free Digital Classes

Now that we have more strict measures in place, we know many of you will be working out from home. But guess what! Some of the worlds top fitness studios (and one of our favourite homegrown studios, boOm) are helping out during the Coronavirus outbreak and offering up live stream and recorded digital classes so you can get in some great workouts at home. Get those endorphins up!

Our favourite boxing studio in Singapore, has closed their studios temporarily but will be offering up classes on IG Live and IG TV. New Boombox and boOmcamp workouts will be available daily.

Barry’s Bootcamp

Barry’s is hosting complimentary 20 minute classes on Instagram which will be saved on their IGTV for the next day. Follow them now and check out a sample class

Orangetheory

30 minute workouts are available from Orangetheory. They’ve got some of their most popular workout instructors to record the videos. No special equipment is required, but instructors may have you use some things in the kitchen instead of weights. New classes are being released daily. Head to their YouTube channel for more.

24 Hour Fitness

Download the app and get access to their to their on-demand workouts and premium content for free during this period, Their programs include audio coaching and Les MIlls classes.

Rumble

One of our favourite boxing studios from the US is hosting classes on Instagram live (and will be saved for 24 hours). The workouts feature cardio and body weight workouts every morning. Check out their Instagram feed for updates.

Lululemon

Yoga, meditation, anywhere workouts, and self-care tips will be free and available on Lululemon’s IGTV and youtube channel.

Nike Training Club

Free 15, 30 and 45 minute workouts are available on the app. Most of them are equipment free and designed by Nike trainers.

Peleton

For the next 30 days, Peleton is offering up their app to new users for free. You don’t need a bike to get started, just a yoga mat. The Peleton app offers up meditation, stretching, strength, yoga and so much more!

Gold’s Gym

There are plenty of free digital workouts that will be available until the end of May. Download the app and get access to over 600 video and digital workouts.
