THE SCOOP: Six Senses Maxwell is slated to open on 1 December 2018. Six Senses Singapore is split between two heritage buildings in Chinatown, which are located 5 minutes away from each other.

The 120-room Six Senses Maxwell, designed by internationally-acclaimed French architect and designer Jacques Garcia, offers an alternative aesthetic with his signature European style, melding tradition and modernity, while Six Senses Duxton encompasses more of an East-meet-West feel.

Four of the five food and beverage concepts are located on the ground floor lined with lush tropical foliage that follows the length of the building, where guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area of the charming five-foot terrace.
