Next up for grabs is another great package that includes dinner at Sushi Ayumu, a brand new spot offering traditional Tokyo Edo-style sushi along with ultra-fresh sashimi, and other delectable bites made with seasonal Japanese ingredients. Head chef Ryoichi Nakatani recently took over the kitchen at the now defunct Hashida Sushi to launch Sushi Ayumu, which translates into ‘a new start’. Chef Nakatani is a veteran in the industry and has come over from the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo where he was senior sushi chef for 10 years. At this oasis of zen, you’ll be treated to the chef’s special three-course menu featuring only the finest fish and produce flown over straight from Japan.
