Discover perfect pairings and creative combinations for a prosciutto party in your mouth! Start your journey with a 24 month Prosciutto di Parma served with carasau bread and rosemary, followed by a pairing with stracciatella, fresh figs and sable’ breton. Choose from homemade pappardelle with pork ragout, marsala and crispy prosciutto, or chef’s favourite angus beef cheek with celeriac puree, spinach and Prosciutto di Parma 24 months. End the night on a high with a decadent dark chocolate tart served with timut pepper ganache, yuzu and orange sorbet.
