THE SCOOP: Pure Wellness Studio has opened Singapore’s very first dedicated infrared sauna studio on Duxton Road. Founded by Maxie Chan and Rachel Lim, Pure Wellness hosts three individual sauna rooms embedded with state-of-the-art infrared tech, designed to heat your body from its very core and extract more sweat and toxins than any regular sauna is capable of. Each cabin uses different infrared frequency waves combined with a specific colour for different phyiscal and emotional benefits. Some of the most notable benefits consist of skin rejuvenation, improved sleep patterns, and muscle recovery.
