THE SCOOP: Le Petit Chef invites you to an immersive theatre and dining experience at the exclusive wine cellar La Cave of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s award-winning flagship restaurant, mezza9. Embark on a culinary journey that follows the footsteps of Marco Polo across the Silk Road with cutting-edge 3D visual technology and digital mapping paired with themed music, props, and an exquisite 6-course lunch or dinner menu crafted by Executive Sous Chef Steffan Heerdt. There’s also an option to include Dom Perignon Champagne, Stags Leap wines from USA, and Inniskillin dessert wines as part of the Beverage Package. All guests are welcomed with a complimentary cocktail or mocktail by National Championship bartenders at mezza9’s award-winning party room and martini bar. Le Petit Chef Marco Polo will run from 5 September to 30 December. Three sessions are available daily at 1230pm, 6pm and 830pm, and each session is limited to 16 diners only.
