THE SCOOP: Based in California’s Silicon Valley, Impossible Foods makes delicious, nutritious meat and dairy products from plants — with a much smaller environmental footprint than meat from animals. Their ImpossibleTM Burger has been making waves since its launch in 2016 and has been a crowd pleaser as it has the same flavour, smell, look and texture to a traditional meat burger.
They recently launched the ImpossibleTM Burger version 2.0 which is apparently meatier than ever. Soon you will be able to find Impossible Meat and ImpossibleTM Burger at some of Singapore’s most popular restaurants including Park Bench Deli, Three Buns, Prive Orchard, Empress and three celebrity chef restaurants at Marina Bay Sands including Bread Street Kitchen, CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Adrift by David Myersstarting on 7 March.
