Swing by in the morning for a ‘breakfast bo’ packed with grains, beans, tomato and avocado salad, seeds and an egg just the way you like it. Come back for lunch to fuel up on signature grain bowls like the Mighty Mekong with baked chilli dory, Thai basil tofu, fried eggplant, tomato salad, spiced peanuts, sweet potato turmeric dip, and pineapple tamarind sauce. You can also create your own vitamin-packed bowl.
