Monti

If your mum loves Italian food, then Monti is sure to impress. Step inside the spherical glass dome at Fullerton Pavilion and you find yourself amid elegant interiors with leather-backed chairs and tables topped with fresh flowers. The Mother’s Day brunch includes antipasti like the burratina with heirloom tomatoes, pasta like the house-made spaghetti with garlic, chili, and prawns, mains like the smoky maple pork belly, and sweet treats like the dark chocolate fondant.

SKAI

Set on the 70th floor of the swank Swissotel The Stamford, SKAI is worth a trip for the views alone. The Mother’s Day set lunch is just as appealing with appetisers like the cucumber with pomelo, greens and toasted seeds and asparagus with Iberico ham and ponzu. Mains could include the tender lamb loin with smoked eggplant, broccoli and tosaka and buckwheat noodles with black cabbage, truffle and sesame.

Ginett Restaurant & Wine Bar

With huge glass windows, eye-catching floor tiles and a gorgeous marble-topped bar, Ginett is a chic spot for a Mother’s Day brunch. The bistro-style brunch menu features a DIY option where you can put together a customised breakfast plate with your choice of bread, eggs any way you like them and add-ons like streaky bacon, smoked salmon and smashed avocado. You can also opt for European classics like the croque monsieur, niçoise salad, and rotisserie chicken and best of all you can add in free flow rosé or sparkling wine for $30++.

The Kitchen Table at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove

Give mum a fab day out on Sentosa Island at W Singapore’s Mother of a Brunch. The feast will be fit for a queen with premium eats like freshly shucked oysters, uniquely cured salmon and all manner of sashimi from the raw bar, foie gras terrine and pate de champagne at the charcuterie bar, and heartier eats from the grill and carvery station. Be sure to try the drool-worthy BBQ pulled beef eggs benedict. Moms can also enjoy free manicures from 1pm to 3pm.

Kwee Zeen

Kwee Zen is going all out this Mother’s Day with a spectacular brunch spread that includes delicacies like fresh seafood, slow-cooked meats, and decadent desserts, plus the option to add free-flow bubbles. Even better, mums can get pampered between courses with a spa counter offering manis, pedis and henna tattoos and a beauty counter offering complimentary makeover services and Shiseido goodie bags.

What mother wouldn’t love dining on decadent dim sum in a Michelin-starred spot, surrounded by gorgeous Chinese art and antiques? Summer Palace is serving up an exquisite set lunch for Mother’s Day with a selection of dim sum like baked chicken tarts with baby abalone and steamed squid ink dumplings with seafood, mains like crab meat vermicelli with XO sauce, and a dreamy dessert of double-boiled hasma with almond cream served in a young coconut.

Sustainable Modern Chinese Food in a Beautiful Setting at Six Senses Duxton

The Yellow Pot has been earning rave reviews since it opened last year in the sleek Six Senses Duxton. The decor is striking with rich gold and black accents and the authentic Chinese cuisine stands out for its clean, sustainably sourced ingredients. On Mother’s Day you can treat the head of the family to specials like the king crab avocado tartar, braised lobster with saffron shiitake pearl rice, and cava for just $12++ a glass.

If you’re looking to celebrate Mother’s Day on the eve before the actual day, Club55 is a good bet. This exclusive lounge sits on level 55 of Marina Bay Sands, so mum can soak up spectacular vistas of the city skyline while sipping on flights of bubbles and snacking on caviar-focused small plates. Delicate bites include jumbo crab with Oscietra caviar and king salmon tartare with ikura caviar.

Restaurant Labyrinth

Chef LG Han pays homage to his Singaporean heritage with classic recipes bursting with local flavours, produce and a few modern twists. The special set menu for Mother’s Day includes street food favourites like the nasi lemak cheong fun and homemade lapcheong, larger plates like fish maw soup and quail two ways, and sweet treats like the soybean curd with birds nest and yoghurt espuma. We suggest going all out with the beverage pairing.
