Boston native Travis Masiero, the owner and chef, cooks up divine American-inspired dishes that will have you wanting more (think seriously plate-licking good). The oysters and seafood at Luke’s are sourced direct from New England when in season and other times from Australia and New Zealand. The meats are fresh, juicy, and succulent. The wine list consists of enticing vintages from some of the finest vineyards across the world and Luke’s own sommeliers will help you choose the perfect pairing for your meal.

The quality of ingredients here is high, the food is consistently good, and the service is excellent. For these reasons alone you simply can’t go wrong at Luke’s. It’s a spot for dinner with the big boys because after all, you go to Luke’s to EAT and spend some $$$ (but well worth it).
What we love
The Steak Tartar with capers, mustard & bread project rye is some of the best we’ve had in Singapore. It’s fresh and the balance of all the flavors is perfect and the rye bread adds a nice touch. The Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes maryland style, grain mustard & coleslaw are some of the best crab cakes we have had, with a serving of two big cakes filled with crab meat so fresh you can taste the sea.
There is also an excellent selection of salads to choose from, including the Kale Salad and we know how hard it is to find kale around town. Fresh and healthy, the salad came with creamy peanut dressing and the option to add seared tuna, which we did. The Chop House Salad is also a winner as we loved how the cornbread croutons, dates and goat cheese created a sweet, salty and smooth combo.
For the main course: Colorado Lamb Chops with yogurt, mint & spring radishwill leave lamb lovers in heaven. You’ll leave Luke’s dreaming of these chops all night – we still are! You won’t go wrong with any of the steaks and if you are into your burgers, definitely try what Luke’s has to offer.
To top off the meal on a high note, try the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies & Stout Milkshake. The cookies are warm, the perfect mix of crispy & chewy. Is your mouth watering yet?
Wine drinkers, you’ll appreciate the fact that you can order wines by the carafe. Although, chances are that if you order one, you’ll probably order another. But hey, the idea is good and why not?
They’ve got a great private room at The Heeren location which fits up to a maximum of 10 people. A great place for an intimate dinner with a group of friends or for a business dinner. The room has a private sound system too.
