Here’s Where You Can Buy Delicious Birthday Cakes in Singapore

by URBAN JOURNEY

Planning a birthday bash for yourself or someone you know? If so, then a cake is definitely in order. And if you really want to impress, then you’ll want a cake that not only tastes divine, but also looks a treat. When it comes to brilliant baked goods, Singapore has a few spots that stand out from the rest for their gorgeous and delicious sweet treats. Whether you’re looking for a classic chocolate cake or something a bit more avant garde like mango tofu or lychee rose, these are the best places to buy birthday cakes in Singapore.

Awfully Chocolate

Awfully Chocolate started as a small shop selling just one thing: rich dark chocolate cake with layers of dark chocolate fudge. The chocolate cake quickly gained a rep for being one of the best on the island, and the brand soon expanded into multiple locations selling all sorts of chocolate confections. Of course the signature cake is a crowd-pleasing favourite, but you can also branch out and try different flavours like the chocolate banana or caramel brittle and sea salt chocolate.

Awfully Chocolate, 1 Harbourfront Walk #01-155/156, Singapore 098585 (and various locations) p. +65 6410 9725. Open daily 10am – 10pm
